The Peakon's Tail Series - Pheasants and Snow-covered Plum Blossoms 
Peacocks in Oriental art have auspicious symbolism. They are symbols of wisdom and said to have the power to steer the faithful away from evil. Therefore it's common to see people using peakon art as interior deco in Asia.

DONG FANG MING releaseed "The Peakon's Tail Series" in a set 5 bottles, all single cask bottling of Scotch single malt, featuring five bueautiful peakon artworks as labels. The label of this Clynelish 1997 is from the "Pheasants and Snow-covered Plum Blossoms" painted during the Ming or Qing dynasty, which traditionally attributed to the artwork by Ge Shouchang (active late 11th century, Song dynasty). It might be possible to create an artwork alike a previous masterpiece; however it's impossible to meet another dram which is the same as a finished cask. Enjoy this limited bottle.

Tasting Note 
Nose: Smells like a bathing beauty with soap and perfume. She light up the waxy candels which has fresh grassy flavour. Her perfume has a base of fruits: mangos, green apples.

Mouth: Medium body. Waxy. Tasting like the mustard and honey sauce in a costal restaurant. The sea breeze stroking your skin, while you are enjoying the vanilla ice cream with sour citrusy juice.

Finish: Long. A mix of fruity sourness, salty and sweetness.
