Dong Fang Ming release a series of missing distilleries. This bottle of Littlemill 1993 features the "Lady seating with a fan on head" by Mangguli in Qing dynasty.

Tasting Note 
Nose: In the classic elegance tea room, the lady teacher is preparing the green tea leaves and honey. The chalk is on side for the class later. However, when student arrived, they all bring a bottle of Sauvignon white wine and lots of tropical fruit as a gift to their teacher.

Mouth: The body is as light as your childhood memories: the lemon sweets after school, the tinned fruits during the summer gloam; and the rhubarb, pepper and mineral water.

Finish: The finish is as long as Remembrance of Things Past. Sometime memory taste like choky pepper, sometimes its sweet and fruity, or may be a bit bitter, but everything happened in a good way.
