The label of Dong Fang Ming - Port Charlotte 2004 is from the masterpiece "Court Ladies of the Former Shu" by the well-known Chinese painter Tang Yin (courtesy name Tang Bohu) in Ming dynasty. It's featuring the four court ladies waiting to serve their lord during the Five Dynasties (907-960). This bottle of Port Charlotte 2004 is also waiting you to open and taste.

Tasting Note 
Nose: When four ladies getting together to talk about gossip, they've prepared raisins, oranges and fresh white grapes on the table. One of them went to the kitchen to make some oatmeal. Puting vanilla and sweet honey in it.

Mouth: Medium body. Oops, some smoke coming from the kitchen. It seems she is making smoky fruit dish, using grapefruits, manderins, lemons. Taste zesty.

Finish: Long. Someone add briny in this smoky dish. Surprisedly, we've found toffee and coffee in the taste. Well done ladies!
