This bottle of Speyside Region 1975 is bottled by Dong Fang Ming. After matured in a Fino Sherry cask for 41 years, it is bottled as single cask. Featuring the "Momotaro" by Japanese painter Chiaki.
Tasting Note Nose: Momotaro-san is slicing orange, banana, passion fruit and plum. We found sweetness of vanilla pod with fresh cream. Before clove and cinnamon, there's sesame and nut.
Taste: Elegant and smooth. Wait for a while will bring up sweetness from tropical fruits. Honey cream and raisin. With a few drops of water can enhance the fruitiness.
Finish: Long and rich. Tannin match with the taste of sesame, cream and cinnamon.
